We built this website with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you have any other questions.

Delta 8 Shipping Policies

DELTA-8 SHIPPING POLICY:

Grandpas Family Farms retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to Delta-THC 8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does not ship to the following states:

Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Michigan, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky, New York, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. This list will be updated as states change their policies. 

Order Lead Time

All Grandpas Family Farms flower and Pre-Rolls are prepared at our facility. We take the extra time to ensure our customers receive a properly cured and great tasting product. Typically, we will process orders within one to three (1 to 3) business days.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to GrandpasFamilyFarms@gmail.com and must state “PLEASE CANCEL” with the referenced order number within two (2) days of the order.

Damaged Goods

Customer must notify the Company of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within two (2) days of receipt of shipment. Goods damaged are subject to review by the Company. Customer must comply with the review by furnishing images, documentation, and additional requests at the discretion of the Company. Qualifying orders, the company with either refund the customer or send a replacement product at no extra charge.
