Hemp-derived Delta-9 THC is chemically identical to the Delta-9 THC found in marijuana, but it comes from hemp plants instead of cannabis plants with high THC content.

Why Is It Legal?

The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp and its derivatives, as long as they contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. This means that companies can extract Delta-9 THC from hemp and infuse it into products—like edibles and beverages—as long as the total THC concentration remains within the legal limit.

How Does It Work?

• Since Delta-9 THC from hemp is the same compound as marijuana-derived Delta-9 THC, it has similar psychoactive effects.

• With the "dry weight basis" rule. A large edible (like a 5-gram gummy) can contain up to 15mg of Delta-9 THC and still be under the 0.3% limit.

Is It Federally Legal?

Yes, as long as it follows the 0.3% THC rule. However, some states have imposed additional restrictions or outright bans. Please check our shipping page to see if we can ship to your state.
